Biking in Afan, Wales

Debs, Dunc, Barry and I spent the weekend in Afan near Port Talbot in Wales last weekend, riding the trails at the Afan Forest Park. Capital to Coast cycle ride, 2008

Capital to Coast 2007

Sunday the 16th of July saw me complete my 4th Capital to Coast cycle ride. JP, Martin and I completed the 60 mile ride in just over 7 hours (with only around 4 1/2 hours riding time). Belgium biked!

Well, Debs and I completed the 220 mile cycle ride to Belgium yesterday, 3 days after setting off from the Reigate and Redhill YMCA center in Redhill. It was a fantastic weekend and we got to meet so many lovely people and had a great time!
