It’s that time of year again – July the 18th sees the 18th Capital to Coast cycle ride! Debs and I will be riding the 60 mile course in aid if a number of worthwhile charities: Norwood As ever, we welcome any form of sponsorship - no amount too small or [...] Sunday the 16th of July saw me complete my 4th Capital to Coast cycle ride. JP, Martin and I completed the 60 mile ride in just over 7 hours (with only around 4 1/2 hours riding time). It was a fantastic ride, brilliant organisation again from Norwood. We totally lucked out with the weather too [...] Well, Debs and I completed the 220 mile cycle ride to Belgium yesterday, 3 days after setting off from the Reigate and Redhill YMCA center in Redhill.
