Sunday the 16th of July saw me complete my 4th Capital to Coast cycle ride. JP, Martin and I completed the 60 mile ride in just over 7 hours (with only around 4 1/2 hours riding time). Well, Debs and I completed the 220 mile cycle ride to Belgium yesterday, 3 days after setting off from the Reigate and Redhill YMCA center in Redhill. It was a fantastic weekend and we got to meet so many lovely people and had a great time!
